In my coaching sessions
Primarily, I use conversations, ask questions and create space for reflection so that clients can better understand what is really important to them, what fulfills them and what they value in their work and life. I encourage clients to consider their previous professional and life experiences and to identify situations in which they felt satisfied and successful. Through conversation, we explore their values that they consider important in their life and career, through analysis and exercises, I help them recognize which values are key for them.
When the topic is a career change, I help them recognize their talents and values, the patterns they have in their thinking, how it affects their feelings and behaviors, in what way they are useful or not. I use a variety of exercises to help clients discover their natural tendencies, abilities and what they are really good at. I focus on understanding their inner desires, talents and values. Taking these factors into account, we work together to develop a plan to achieve their goals, all in line with their interests and potential.
When we "encounter" internal saboteurs through the story, we identify and explore their purpose and positive intention for us. Also, if it turns out that the client is in conflict with himself, he doesn't know what he wants, so it frustrates him and makes him nervous, we do an exercise in which we "reconcile" identities with the aim of making them come together and harmonize with each other.
All of these methods and techniques help my clients gain a clearer picture of their talents, abilities and values. And based on that understanding, they can make decisions about change (of any kind and in any field) that reflects their authenticity and gives them greater satisfaction and fulfillment.
