Why, when, how and why coaching?

Questioning is completely normal and often an integral part of the human experience. Sometimes we get lost or feel insecure about our choices and life path, but it's important to allow yourself to be honest with yourself and accept that it's not too late to make changes and create new habits.

It's not uncommon to occasionally wonder if we've made the right decisions regarding work, partnerships, or other life situations. It is important to let go of pressure and excessive self-critical thinking.

Instead of focusing on what you missed or wondering if you made the right decisions, try to change your perspective and look at what is good. You will benefit more from recognizing and celebrating your own successes and achievements than you will from just self-criticism. Thank yourself for everything you've accomplished and all the important lessons you've learned along the way

There is always the possibility that we make mistakes or that things could have been different. However, you should not burden yourself and regret the past. The key is to focus on what we can control – the present moment and future decisions. You can take action to make changes in your career, relationships, or other areas of your life if you feel the need.

Finding a balance is very important. Acknowledge your successes, rejoice in all the good things you've accomplished, but at the same time be open to growth, learning, and opportunities for improvement.

Remember, every day is a new opportunity to learn, grow and create a better future. Be proud of who you are today, and be open and ready for future changes and opportunities that life brings.

Coaching sessions can be helpful at these times, as they give you the tools and support to explore your thoughts, feelings, desires, fears and values. Through these sessions you can become aware of your resources and where you are in life right now. It is a good starting point for working on yourself and setting new goals.

Remember that it is normal and healthy to allow yourself to be wrong and face your problems. It is part of the process of self-discovery and growth. With support, guidance and time for yourself, you can build confidence, redefine your goals and vision, and move forward.
